BAKED FRENCH TOAST

10 slices bread
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk (1 12 oz. can)
4 eggs
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
3/4 t. cinnamon
Lightly coat 9x13 pan with Pam. Arrange bread slices in the bottom of the pan. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix will. Pour mixture evenly over bread. Cover tightly and refrigerate several hours or over night. In the morning, preheat oven to 350. Remove bread from fridge and spray lightly with nonstick spray. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve with syrup.
